The villa, a work by architect Ottorino Aloisio (1902-86) immersed in a park of approx. 12 hectares designed between 1938 and 1943 by Pietro Porcinai (1910-1986) has been in the hands of the same family since 1938.The property stands in solitary splendour on top of the Monferrato moraine, not far from the city of Turin, capital of the Piedmont Region in Italy. The restoration and maintenance of a property of this dimension required a notable economic and physical investment and patience on the part of the owner. A plan of necessary immediate actions and a long time maintenance concept for the entire park are basic to maintain continuously the work of Pietro Porcinai, an intervention which will take several years.
